Paul helped us from start to finish from researching which loan will best suit out needs all the way to the follow through. Our process wasn't traditional at all since we bought a property that was in need of lots of work. Paul gave us several choices in loans and got us in touch with all the appropriate people we needed on the construction end of things. Dealing with the loan consultant, the contractor and all the other people on his end. It was a long process but we knew it was going to take some time. In the end we got everything we needed and are going through the construction phase in which Paul asked us to follow up with him on how everything goes so he has some real world feedback on the construction side of things. Overall Paul is a great guy and will be there for you all the way.
